According to the report by Daily Post on October 20, 2026, Super Eagles forward Victor Osimhen has reportedly declined an offer to be represented by prominent football agent Jorge Mendes, choosing instead to focus on his current commitments at Galatasaray.
According to a report by Ali Naci Küçük, published via Habersarikirmizi, the Nigerian striker respectfully rejected the proposal, making it clear that his immediate priority remains his Turkish club.
Osimhen reportedly said his attention was fully on Galatasaray, where he has continued his career following his departure from Italian side Napoli.
The 27-year-old initially joined the Istanbul-based club on loan for the 2024/25 campaign, helping them secure the Turkish Super Lig title. His move was subsequently made permanent the following season.
The Nigerian international attracted interest from several European heavyweights during the previous summer transfer window, with Barcelona, Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid among the clubs linked with him.
However, he ultimately remained at Galatasaray.
Whether Osimhen will consider a move during the January 2027 transfer window or the following summer remains uncertain. For now, his reported decision suggests that his immediate focus is on delivering results for his current club.
