UWCL Table After Barcelona Won 8-0

According to a report by BBC Sport on Thursday, October 29, 2026, Barcelona Women continued their impressive run in the UEFA Women's Champions League after recording an emphatic 8-0 victory over HB Køge Women in Denmark.

Barcelona started the game on the front foot and took the lead in the 12th minute when Caroline Graham Hansen converted a penalty to put the visitors ahead. The hosts struggled to deal with Barcelona's attacking pressure, and Ewa Pajor doubled the advantage in the 33rd minute after receiving an assist from Claudia Pina.

HB Køge went into the break trailing by two goals, but the second half proved even more difficult for the Danish side as Barcelona increased their intensity and continued to find spaces in their defence.

Esmee Brugts made it 3-0 in the 54th minute, finishing after a pass from Sydney Schertenleib, before Patri Guijarro added another goal five minutes later to put Barcelona firmly in control of the encounter.

Clara Serrajordi extended the lead in the 62nd minute, and Barcelona made further changes as they looked to manage the game while maintaining their attacking threat. Francisca Nazareth scored in the 67th minute, leaving the hosts with little chance of mounting a comeback.

Pina then found the net twice, scoring in the 70th and 85th minutes to complete Barcelona's eight-goal performance. Nazareth provided the assist for Pina's second goal as the visitors finished the match in style.

HB Køge tried to limit the damage during the closing stages, but Barcelona remained comfortable until the referee brought the contest to an end after 90 minutes plus added time.

The emphatic victory leaves Barcelona Women top of the UEFA Women's Champions League table with nine points, while HB Køge Women have dropped to 11th position with just three points after suffering a heavy defeat on home soil.
