Former Orlando Pirates coach Rhulani Mokwena has continued his impressive run in Egyptian football after guiding Pyramids FC to an emphatic 4-1 victory over El Geish in the Egyptian Premier League on Tuesday.

The result extended Mokwena's winning streak to 11 consecutive matches, giving him a perfect record since taking charge of the Egyptian club, according to the information provided. His impressive start has strengthened Pyramids FC's position in the league title race and increased expectations among supporters.

Pyramids FC have now moved five points clear at the top of the Egyptian Premier League standings following their latest victory. The result highlights the team's consistency under Mokwena, who has quickly established himself as a coach capable of delivering positive results.

The 4-1 win over El Geish was another important step in the club's campaign. Winning matches consistently is essential for any team hoping to lift the league title, and Pyramids FC will be encouraged by their current form as they look to maintain their advantage over their closest challengers.

Mokwena is no stranger to South African football supporters. He previously worked with Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns, gaining valuable experience in domestic competitions and on the African continent. His coaching career has attracted attention because of his tactical approach and ambition to build competitive teams.

His latest achievement in Egypt is likely to generate further interest among supporters who have followed his journey from the South African Premier Soccer League to North Africa.

Recording 11 consecutive victories is a significant accomplishment, particularly in a competitive league where maintaining consistency over several matches can be difficult. Pyramids FC's current run has placed them in a strong position, although they will need to continue collecting points if they want to finish the season as champions.

Despite their success in the league, Mokwena and his players must also turn their attention to continental football. Pyramids FC are preparing for their next match against El Merreikh Bentiu on Saturday as they continue their efforts to secure a place in the CAF Champions League group stage.

The Egyptian side reportedly hold a 1-0 aggregate advantage heading into the next encounter, giving them an opportunity to build on their lead and move closer to their continental objective.

For Mokwena, the immediate challenge will be maintaining his team's winning mentality while managing the demands of competing in multiple competitions.

With 11 consecutive victories and a five-point lead at the top of the league, the former Orlando Pirates coach has made an impressive start at Pyramids FC. Supporters will now be watching closely to see whether he can extend the remarkable run and guide the club towards further success.
