Didn't have a lot of saves to make but handled tricky conditions well. One nervy punch in the first half aside.

RYAN ALEBIOSU - 6

A few defensive slip-ups which were uncharacteristic. Defended his side better in the second half and still posed a threat the other way.

HAYDEN CARTER - 8

Rovers are a better side defensively with Carter in the team. Came close to scoring, hitting the inside of the post.

SEAN MCLOUGHLIN - 8

A very strong performance. One really good defensive header at 1-0 to keep Wrexham at bay before clearing off the line from Moore.

HARRY PICKERING - 7

Seemed to have some real urgency to try and get forward on the overlap. Solid defensively despite an early yellow card.

SAM MORSY - 7

Disciplined in the middle as the only natural holding midfielder. Sadly, he was booked meaning he will be suspended for the trip to Swansea.

MOUSSA BARADJI - 8

His best performance for a while after coming in for his first league start. Showed great feet to help create the opening goal and was disciplined in a deeper role.

JAYDEN FEVRIER - 7

In from the start and performed better than last week. Had a few snap efforts at goal without finding the target.

TODD CANTWELL - 8

Really good display from the captain, who seems to have his swagger back at Ewood Park. Created the second goal, putting Gudjohnsen through to score.

DAPO AFOLAYAN - 7

Added some intensity into Rovers' play in the first half with a few pot shots. Less involved in the second half but worked diligently.

ANDRI GUDJOHNSEN - 8

Took his goals so well. Poacher-like for the first, turning in a rebound off the goalkeeper. The second was absolutely lethal, smashing a shot into the corner inside the box.

SUBSTITUTES:

AUGUSTUS KARGBO (AFOLAYAN, 72') - 7

JAKE GARRETT (BARADJI, 89') - N/A

UNUSED SUBSTITUTES: PEARS, ATCHESON, WHARTON, BEYUKU, PATES, DUNN.
