Ghanaian forward Prince Kwabena Adu was the match-winner for FC Viktoria Plzen after scoring the decisive goal in their 1-0 victory over Lillestrom SK in the UEFA Europa League.Adu struck in the 10th minute at rsen Stadion to hand the Czech side an early lead and ultimately secure all three points in Norway.The Ghanaian capitalised on a defensive error, with captain Patrik Hrosovsky winning possession before delivering a through ball into the penalty area. Adu controlled the opportunity and fired into the far corner to put the visitors ahead.Viktoria Plzen created further opportunities to extend their advantage before the break, but Lillestrom goalkeeper made several important saves to keep the scoreline close.The Norwegian side increased the pressure after the interval in search of an equaliser, forcing Plzen to defend for long periods.However, the visitors held firm and protected their narrow lead until the final whistle to record their first victory in this seasons Europa League league phase.Adu was substituted in the 70th minute after an influential display.
