According to a report by Daily Post on Tuesday October 27, 2026, Ligue 1 club Olympique Marseille are considering allowing Nigerian midfielder Tochukwu Nnadi to leave the club during the January transfer window.
The French side are expected to make a decision on the 23-year-old’s future when the winter transfer window opens, as he has struggled to secure regular playing time.
Nnadi joined Marseille from Belgian Pro League club Zulte Waregem in January 2025 and made eight appearances for the French side during the second half of last season.
However, the defensive midfielder has continued to struggle for minutes in the current campaign and is not considered an indispensable member of the squad.
According to Get French Football News, Marseille are prepared to either sell the Nigerian or allow him to leave on loan in January.
A departure could provide Nnadi with an opportunity to secure regular first-team football and continue developing his career.
It could also improve his chances of earning a place in the Nigeria national team, as consistent performances at club level would strengthen his case for international selection.
Marseille are yet to make a final decision on his future, with the January transfer window expected to provide greater clarity on the midfielder’s situation.
