Barcelona could earn around €11million if Paris Saint-Germain sign former winger Ez Abde from Real Betis in the January transfer window, according to Barca Universal on Tuesday October 27, 2026.
PSG are looking to sign the Moroccan international to replace their injured Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to Spanish newspaper SPORT.
The French champions are currently looking for attacking options ahead of the January transfer window and Abde is one of the players currently being considered by manager Luis Enrique.
However, there is no confirmation that Abde will be moving just yet. Real Betis are reluctant to sell the 24-year-old cheaply and set their price at a minimum of €55million during the summer transfer window. Abde also has a release clause set at €60million.
Barcelona could earn some money from the deal as they held onto a 20 per cent share of Abde’s future transfer when he left the club to join Betis in September 2023 for €7.5million.
If Betis sell him for €55million then Barcelona could earn around €11million. This would give the Catalan club a nice financial boost.
Abde has impressed during his time with Betis but with PSG interested it gives the Spaniards a chance to earn a large amount of money for the winger.
However, it depends on whether PSG go for Abde and an agreement can be reached with Real Betis.
