Manchester United are reportedly considering an offer worth approximately €103 million for Chelsea winger Estevao, but the London club are determined to keep the Brazilian youngster at Stamford Bridge.
According to a report by TEAMtalk on Monday, November 2, 2026, United are monitoring the 19-year-old's situation and could offer around £86 million to secure his signature.
Estevao has attracted interest from several European clubs since Chelsea beat their rivals to sign him. Despite the team's disappointing 2025/26 campaign, the Brazilian emerged as one of its standout performers.
However, his playing time has reportedly decreased under new head coach Xabi Alonso, prompting speculation about his future at the club.
According to Spanish outlet AS, Chelsea have no intention of selling Estevao during the January transfer window. Instead, the club are reportedly keen to convince him to sign a new contract and remain part of their long-term plans.
The winger recently returned to Chelsea's starting lineup for their 2-0 victory over Manchester United on Saturday. He impressed during the match and had two goals ruled out, underlining his potential and importance to the team.
Football journalist Fabrizio Romano has also commented on the youngster's situation, highlighting the excitement surrounding his arrival at Chelsea and his performances for both club and country.
Romano explained that Estevao had been performing well before his playing time became more limited under Alonso. He also addressed questions from supporters about the possibility of the Brazilian leaving during the January transfer window.
Following Chelsea's victory, Alonso reportedly acknowledged that Estevao might not be entirely satisfied with his current situation. However, the manager explained that the youngster had been dealing with an injury and needed sufficient time to recover.
Alonso also reassured supporters that the winger would receive more opportunities when he was fully fit, stating, “His time, his moments will come soon.”
Chelsea's reported determination to retain Estevao suggests that Manchester United could face a difficult task if they decide to pursue the Brazilian during the January transfer window.
