Arsenal Remain the Only Unbeaten English Team in the Champions League

Arsenal continued their impressive run in the UEFA Champions League with a 2-1 away victory over Slavia Prague on Wednesday night, November 4, 2026, maintaining their unbeaten record in the competition this season.

The Gunners secured all three points at the Fortuna Arena in Prague, with Noni Madueke and Viktor Gyökeres getting on the scoresheet to give Mikel Arteta's side another important victory.

The result means Arsenal have recorded three wins and one draw in their opening four Champions League matches, making them the only English representative yet to suffer defeat in this season's competition.

Arsenal began their campaign with a 1-0 away victory against Napoli before thrashing Lille 3-0 at home. They subsequently played out a 2-2 draw against Bayern Munich in Germany before Wednesday night's 2-1 victory over Slavia Prague.

The North London club currently occupy third position on the Champions League table with 10 points from four matches, having scored eight goals and conceded three.

Meanwhile, other English clubs have experienced mixed fortunes.

Aston Villa, who started the competition impressively with three consecutive victories, suffered a 3-0 defeat against Barcelona and currently occupy sixth position with nine points.

Manchester City moved into seventh position following their impressive 3-2 away victory over RB Leipzig, taking their points tally to nine.

Liverpool, who suffered a disappointing 3-2 defeat against Fenerbahçe in Turkey, are eighth with nine points.

Manchester United occupy 17th position with six points after four matches. They secured a 3-2 victory over Roma on Tuesday following earlier defeats against Atlético Madrid and Como.

With four matches remaining in the league phase, Arsenal will be hoping to maintain their excellent form and secure automatic qualification for the Champions League round of 16.

Current positions of English clubs:

1. Arsenal – 3rd (10 points)

2. Aston Villa – 6th (9 points)

3. Manchester City – 7th (9 points)

4. Liverpool – 8th (9 points)

5. Manchester United – 17th (6 points)
