WARRIORS’ forward Tino Kadewere enjoyed an impressive night in the Greek top-flight league on Saturday after scoring twice for Aris Thessaloniki in their 3-0 victory over Marvellous Nakamba’s Panetolikos.

Kadewere, who has been working his way back into form, found the back of the net twice, registering his first brace for the club.

The Zimbabwean striker opened the scoring in the 11th minute before completing his brace in the 49th minute.

Kadewere’s double was complemented by Giannis Gianniotas, who added a third goal 10 minutes later to hand Aris a convincing 3-0 victory.

Saturday’s performance is a major boost for the Warriors forward, who is expected to add firepower upfront when Zimbabwe face Equatorial Guinea later this week.

The brace takes Kadewere’s tally to three goals this season, a promising start considering how injuries have disrupted his progress in recent times.
