Former Kaizer Chiefs and Mamelodi Sundowns forward Khama Billiat could be on the verge of another career move, with Zimbabwean side Hardrock FC reportedly interested in securing his services ahead of the 2027 season.
According to a report by ZimEye published on 7 November 2026, Billiat has allegedly reached a pre-contract agreement with Hardrock FC. The proposed deal would see the Zimbabwean international leave Scottland FC when his current contract expires at the end of December.
However, neither the player nor Hardrock FC has officially confirmed the reported agreement, meaning the transfer remains unverified.
Billiat has continued to impress since returning to Zimbabwean football. He joined Scottland FC in January 2025 after leaving Yadah FC and quickly established himself as an influential attacking player.
His performances have remained impressive during the 2026 campaign. Reports indicate that the experienced forward recorded 11 goals and six assists in 23 league starts, underlining his continued importance in Zimbabwe's top-flight competition.
Hardrock FC's reported interest comes after an impressive season in which the Kwekwe-based club challenged Scottland for domestic honours. The team remained in contention for the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title heading into the final round of fixtures.
A potential move would give Hardrock an opportunity to strengthen its attacking department with a player who brings considerable experience from Southern African football.
Billiat previously enjoyed successful spells at Ajax Cape Town and Mamelodi Sundowns before joining Kaizer Chiefs in 2018. During his time at Sundowns, he won several domestic honours and was part of the squad that lifted the 2016 CAF Champions League trophy.
He spent five seasons at Naturena before leaving Chiefs in 2023.
For now, Billiat's future remains uncertain, but the reported interest from Hardrock FC has raised questions about whether the former Amakhosi and Sundowns star will begin another chapter of his career in Kwekwe.
